Core Committee monthly meeting at Dongri Date: 17 th Oct. 17 Venue: Dongri Church Hall Participants: 14 The purpose of this meeting was to do the trend analysis, prioritize the issue and assigning the responsibilities.  First the members discussed on the issue and did the trend analysis. They prioritized  the issue that is health clinic and Cleanliness. Then they did the trend analysis. They did it in four steps: 1.       Problems 2.       Present situation 3.       Effects of it after 10 years      4.       Solutions After discussing on it they gave the responsibilities to the members like follow up with MBMC, Meeting with Cooperators and conducting meetings in the villages. Medical Camp at Dongri Date: 17 th Oct. 17 Venue: Dongri Total Number: 51                                            As the follow up of Medical Clinic on 17 th of Oct. had the medical camp at Dongri. There were total 50 members who took the benefits of this camp. Some of the Core Committee members were minding the entire camp.   It was organized by Core Committee members by the networking with MBMC Health Department. During this camp different types of checkups like dental, skin disease, general, physician. Prior to check up one of the Medical staff gave the detail information about the dengue to the participants.
