A Two Days CMS Training for DI CCO Staffs 27th to 28th June 2018

A two days training on CMS was held for the CCO staffs of DI from 27th to 28th June 2018 at Uttan. The resource persons team included Mr. Mehrnosh (TCS) and CSA staff Ms. Mishal & Ms. Sheetal. The CCO participants present were representatives of Uttan, Pali, Chowk and Gorai. The main objective was to understand the function and the procedure to make ongoing data entries of partner level CCO’s.
On the first day of the CMS training, the resource team explained  the  role of 4 users & demonstrated the process of creating ‘group’ and ‘beneficiary’ under ‘partner’, linking ‘beneficiary’ to ‘group’ & ‘assign group’ to a ‘project’. In the practical session participants created SHG, Bal Sansad groups & Assigned beneficiaries of group, case work registration, assignments and animators entries. While doing the practicals of ongoing entries the resource person team also addressed to the participants queries and difficulties in the system.
The second day covered three different programme levels#, templates. This was explained in a simple manner. The participants understood the ‘manage beneficiary role’ etc. and ongoing activities were also entered.
The participants gained more clarity & confidence to enter data independently. The training was well organized at field level. Two new members also expressed that this is a need of the CCO’s and which will be very useful in generating reports. In future the actual data entry would be done by the partner staff themselves.
