Process:  Prayer, Introduction, Video Clippings on the Screen, Questioner, conclusion, prayer.
Theme: “Violence Domestic & in School”
Objectives:
·         To create an awareness on good touch and bad touch.
·         To Display informative video clips on the violence in Domestic & in school.
“Hope” Children’s group (Balsansad) meeting was held on 2nd Sept. 2017 at 11am. Meeting began with short prayer by Sr. Nisha and then welcomed the participants. Ms. Carol had arranged the Screen to display video clips. Sr. Nisha gave an introduction on the video clips. the first video was displayed violence in school namely “Komal” a cartun documentary film, and then the 2nd video clipping was displayed violence in domestic namely “Khushi” after the movie the following questions were asked to the children………..
·         What did you understand from the two video clips?
·         What message will you carry to create awareness to other children?
·         What could be the Moral lesson for you personally?
·         What are the help line & Police numbers?
Outcome:
§  The children have understood the type of violence in domestic and in school.
§  They have remembered the help line 1098 and Police numbers 100.
§  They know whom to give information.
The session ended with conclusion on the above session topic with thanks giving prayer said by the president of the “Hope” children’s group.

The Pali Bal Sansad Group (36 children) met on the 25th August, 2017 at the CCO from 10.30am to 12 noon with the purpose of giving a name for their Bal Sansad Group, to choose the Council of Ministers and explain the duties and responsibilities of the various Ministries and the Ministers who would be responsible.  Ms. Carol began the meeting with a short prayer and welcomed the participants. Sr. Nisha explained the objectives of the meeting. Then she asked the children to suggest an attractive  name for the Balsansad. Pali Bal Sansad - "Hope" taking initiatives in Planning

“Hope”, the Children’s Balsansad meeting was held on 26 th Aug. 2017 at 11 am. The meeting began with a short prayer by Ms. Carol who then welcomed the participants. The secretary of Children’s group read the previous meeting report which was accepted and agreed by all. Sr. Nisha appreciated her for writing the report briefly in which all agenda points were in the report. Sr. Nisha started the session with an example on the topic of good manners and discipline in a story form. Children have understood well. The moral of the story was that each person’s behavior and personality is on good manners showing respect for the elders, teachers, and parents and also own classmate. A well-disciplined life will help to facilitate communication with others; they allow you to get much more than by using authority. Dongri Village identify Issues to be addressed 18th Sept, 2017

The residents of Dongri Village (around 50 villagers) gathered together for a Village meeting on the 18th Sept, 2017 at Dongri Sabhagruha with an objective to reflect on the issues faced by the village, understand their current situation and the reason for it and to work out a resolve them.  The meeting began with a prayer by Mr. Stephan Borges. He began by mentioning about the work undertaken by Prerna Seva Kendra (Dongri CCO) and the work initiated by the Core Committee. Mr. Dayanand stressed on the need and importance of the village to come together to identify and discuss issues faced by them.  Mr. Harold Borges the Gavki Patil shared on the issues faced by the village.
