Dongri CCO had taken the exposure visit to Agriculture Department at Kalyan. During this visit they had discussion with Mr. Vijay Patil on following points:
·         Will give the training on how to do the Vegetables cultivation.

  •      Group formation of the farmers: Its benefits and Schemes

  •        Information about subsidy (Which is online)

  •        In case of any natural calamities need to meet the Talathi and do the Panchnama.

  •       Instead of coming to kalyan the farmers of Dongri can go to Vasai.

  •         Information about eh training on Fishing (Pond)at Karjat on 24th to 15th of Oct. 17

There was a good interaction between staff and the farmers. The farmers felt that this visit is very much help full and they can do many things. They also decided to form the group but before that they will have the meeting with the other farmers, explain to them everything and hen form the group of those are interested.

Pali Bal Sansad - "Hope" taking initiatives in Planning

“Hope”, the Children’s Balsansad meeting was held on 26 th Aug. 2017 at 11 am. The meeting began with a short prayer by Ms. Carol who then welcomed the participants. The secretary of Children’s group read the previous meeting report which was accepted and agreed by all. Sr. Nisha appreciated her for writing the report briefly in which all agenda points were in the report. Sr. Nisha started the session with an example on the topic of good manners and discipline in a story form. Children have understood well. The moral of the story was that each person’s behavior and personality is on good manners showing respect for the elders, teachers, and parents and also own classmate. A well-disciplined life will help to facilitate communication with others; they allow you to get much more than by using authority. New group formation of Farmers at Dongri Date: 26 th Oct. 17 Venue: Tarodi Topic: Formation of New group   Total Participants: 14 Prior to this meeting on 22 nd of Sep. had the meeting with the farmers at Tarodi sabhagruh. There were total 10 members present for the meeting.  During this meeting Mr. Dayanand and Mr. Edwin explained about the formation of group and its benefits. Most of them agreed to from the group of the farmers. They decided to pay visit at Kalyan Krush adhikari Dept. Then they decided to meet on 26 th Sep. at same time and same place to discuss about the forming new group.
