Report of Issue Analysis Micro Action plan

Present Staff: CSA -1) Mr. Dayanand Patil & Ms. Rasika & CCO staff 1) Sr. Nisha & Ms. Carol Munis. 

Resource Persons: Mr. Melvin Pangya.

Objectives:
·         To make micro plan on the three analysis issues.
·         To take responsibility for an action plan.

The Micro action plan session was facilitated by the CC members. It began with short prayer by CC member Mrs. Anita D’Silva, welcomed the resource person Mr. Melvin Pangya & all the Participants by Mrs. Cinderella Munis. The secretary of CC Mrs. Ranjana Patil presented the previous mtg. report, agreed by all. She was appreciated for the clear and detailed report. The CC president Mrs. Lucy Pereira asks the 3 committees to evaluate Issue trend analysis training which was held on 10th Sept. 2017. Most of them expressed that; the session on Issue Trend Analysis was understood partially they needed more clarity on it.  

CSA staff then Sir Dayanand Patil once again explained in brief the Issue trend analysis, and then invited the resource person to take the session on Micro Action Plan. He made them to understand what Micro plan is in a simple method and then asked the participants to come to their respected groups and discuss on Activity, Time, evaluation, Available resources to make Micro Action Plan for the three Prioritized issues. 
 

All 3 committees said it was good, useful and helpful to analyze the prioritized issues, and all felt that the clarity on preparing the Micro Action Plan would help them to make action plan for all other issues. The three analysis issues- Water supply irregular, cleanliness issue, lack of information rationing.
