CC monthly meeting report- Annual Review 14.06.2018
On 14th June 2018 the Annual
Review meeting was held at Pali for the Core Committee and subcommittee
members. The CC members shared the positive experience of CCO work and shared
their learnings after being a part of the CC. they evaluated the activities of
the three subcommittees and its follow up which are as follows:
Ø Irregular water supply
:
ü Signature
campaign was taken for a regular supply of water.
ü 4
common wells were cleaned & Follow up was taken with the MBMC
ü Bore
well follow up is going on with the Assistant
Mayor of MBMC
ü Ward
no- 2 common water broken pipeline repairing will be starting soon.
ü CC
visit to MBMC will be done in the month of June 2018. The date is to be finalized.
ü Subcommittee
meeting for water irregularity issue will be held on 22nd June 2018.
Ø Uncleanliness
subcommittee :
ü Regular
monitoring and follow up was done with MBMC‘s Pest control department.
ü Awareness
rally, skit play, short inputs and posters has been displayed (Three issues) at
ward level.
ü Cleanliness
drive organized with people participation.
ü Subcommittee
meeting for cleanliness will be on 21st
June 2018
Ø Lack of information- Rationing :
ü Information
related to the ration issue was collected at grass root level and there have
been interactions with Ration office bearers.
ü An
RTI filled on rationing issue.
ü A
meeting with the Rationing Kruti Samitee was held and three types of ration forms filled & submitted by
the people as per their need. A Follow up with Ration office is in process.
ü BPL(Below
poverty line) stamp to be collected from Bhayander ration office for 126 card
holders is in process.
ü 185
Ration card holders have been enrolled in Biometric system.
ü Ration
banners will be displayed in public place.
ü CC
will take the follow up with the CCO directors.
Ø Walls
will be painted in the month of June 2018 to create awareness on the three
issues. The CC has identified four common places to write slogan etc.
Ø Livelihood for Vocational Training in Retail
Marketing: CC has taken the responsibilities to
find more candidates to enroll for the vocational course.
The three subcommittees reviewed the
activities as per the micro plan. CC has brought changes in solving the issues
at ward level with an idea for empowerment approach.
